Fix with HjT (do a system scan only, checkmark these and press fix checked):

    O4 - HKLM\..\Run: [outlook] C:\Program Files\outlook\outlook.exe /auto
    O4 - HKLM\..\Run: [winlog] winlog.exe
    O4 - HKLM\..\RunServices: [winlog] winlog.exe

    Delete if found:

    C:\Program Files\outlook
    C:\WINDOWS\system32\winlog.exe

Reboot and send a fresh HjT log. Still problems?

ah...ya i dunno if i just didnt get to it in time or what but now everything is Swamped with crap. i ran two seperate virus scans, Norton and Kapersky and used Spybot search and destroy, deleted those files out of HijackThis but im still getting crap on my computer. Fixed the limewire popping by itself, I think, I haven't reloaded it but I awesome it has because it allows me to access the taskmngr by ctrl-alt-del

    Yes, full of crap :(

    Let's clean most first.

Download and unzip BFU.zip from http://www.merijn.org/files/bfu.zip here. Unzip it to c:\bfu-folder
Run the program and click the Web button as shown by the blue arrow below:

Use this URL to copy into the address bar of the Download script window:
    http://metallica.geekstogo.com/alcanshorty.bfu

Execute the script by clicking the Execute button.

If you have any questions about the use of BFU please read here:
    http://metallica.geekstogo.com/BFUinstructions.html

    After that:

RIGHT-CLICK HERE -> http://downloads.subratam.org/Lon/sidekickFix.bat and choose "Save As" (in IE it's "Save Target As") in order to download SideKickFix by LonnyRJones.
[*]Save it in the same folder you made earlier (c:\BFU)
[*]Please close ALL other open windows & explorer folder's, then double-click on sidekickFix.bat
[*]Click YES and follow the prompts, when prompted to restart the PC please do so.

    After that:

[*] Download http://downloads.subratam.org/Lon/qooFix.bat qoofix.bat (rightclick on this link and choose save as, if using IE save target as)
    [*] Place qoofix.bat in your C:\BFU - folder. (Important!)
[*] Doubleclick qooFix.bat, Close all browsers and explorer folders.
[*]Choose option 1 (Qoolfix autofix) and follow the prompts.
[*] Please be patient, it will take about five minutes.
[*] After the PC has restarted please post another hijackthis log.

Alright I ran through your tutorial for Brute Force and ran all the scripts, they all went through, had a few hiccups but it seems like they all worked. When the computer restarted for the last time another dll error came up, this time just 1 instead of like 20 though. Just so you know I'm running Kaspersky. Thanks again for all the help, this has been a real headache to fix.

Log looks good, but let's do one online scan:

Please do an online scan with http://www.kaspersky.com/downloads/kws/kavwebscan.htmlKaspersky Online Scanner. You will be prompted to install an ActiveX component from Kaspersky, Click Yes.
[*] The program will launch and then start to download the latest definition files.
[*] Once the scanner is installed and the definitions downloaded, click Next.
[*] Now click on Scan Settings
[*] In the scan settings make sure that the following are selected:

o Scan using the following Anti-Virus database:

+ Extended (If available otherwise Standard)

    o Scan Options:

    + Scan Archives
    + Scan Mail Bases

    [*] Click OK
[*] Now under select a target to scan select My Computer
[*] The scan will take a while so be patient and let it run. Once the scan is complete it will display if your system has been infected.
[*] Now click on the Save as Text button
[*] Save the file to your desktop.
[*] Copy and paste that information in your next post

Awesome man. Looks like everything is clean and clear thanks a ton you helped out so much. Got any suggestions for software to keep it from happening again? A good internet protection tool anyway? Thanks again for all the help you're the best.

    The scan is complete.
No malware has been detected. The sections that have been scanned are CLEAN.

    Report is empty.
Please note: The free Kaspersky On-line Scanner does not provide comprehensive protection and cannot prevent future infections. It only detects malware that has already penetrated your storage devices. We strongly recommend that you use a fully-functional antivirus solution to protect your computer at all times.

Please wait, this process may take a long time depending on the selected target. If you want to continue browsing, open a new window.

    Scan Progress [99%]:

Total number of scanned files: 44067
    Number of viruses found: 0
    Number of infected objects: 0
    Number of suspicious objects: 0
Duration of the scan process: 00:29:31
