limewire videos into itunes

i keep looking for a converter or program to be able to take my vids in limewire to itunes. i have a mac and i cant drag it in can u help me?!? please tell me a system how to do it so i can watch vids on my video ipod

i already did and wen it was done installing it said open wen i opend it
it gave me text stuff in word with all this wierd text
