Ic an see the lines when I playback the recorded video on my PC when there is a camera movement, It's arround objects , people.. Do you guys know why this is happening and if there is any settings That will help remove it? I ahve a Cannon z300. Thanks.
Your camcorder records interlaced video and your computer monitor is progressive. If you watch your footage on TV, it will be OK.
TO remove it you can deinterlace the video with virtualdub (its one of the filters). Or as TPFKAS said you can just watch it on your TV.
Thank you very much guys! you are the best! I appreciate your replies. So should I leave it interlaced or make it progresive when encoding?
If you wnat to play it on TV, leave it interlaced. If you want to watch on PC you can de-interlace. However, most software DVD players to watch DVD's on PC can handle interlaced video very well to avoid a visible interlacing effect.
