ok I know I ought to know this but I don't we had a linksys wireless router job today and the internet light was red checked everything hardware checked all the details everthing was correct still had a red light on the internet and no internet so what did I miss ? any ideas ?
Hi, try disabling the wireless capability and enabling it again. After you have done this, factory reset the router and see what happens.
