ok, I'm looking for a linux live .ISO, embedded or virtual, that would be good for school. i've been useing open source region (http://opensource.region-stuttgart.de/test_linux_desktop.php) at school and DSL (http://www.damnsmalllinux.org/) were ever i go. out of your opinions what are some recomended linux live cds. BTW, Redhat or suse, or is there better? which is better for personal use?
The guys that created Ubuntu do a version called Edubuntu (Education version), i don't know alot about it, but may be worth a look. http://www.edubuntu.org/ As for personal use, out of the 2 you mentioned I have only tried Suse and thought it was a very good distro. Try this link and see what options it gives you http://www.zegeniestudios.net/ldc/index.php?select_lang=true Hope it helps.
