linx for ipod

    hey ive heard some stuff that you can put linx on your ipod. is it true. if so how?

    Do you mean Linux?

    It is compatible with the earlier model of iPods, but none of the colour models.

    It is not verified by iPod, therefore is to be used at ones own risk.

    Be careful if you do choose to use it as it will most probably void your warranty.

    I have this installed on my 4GB nano
    Its dual boot meaning u have both podzilla and ipod OS
    It plays videos (need to be encoded using MOPID)
    It plays iDoom (wad version of doom)
    it plays iQuake (wad version of quake)
    it plays iHalf-life (wad version of Half-life)
    And a few more!
    Also has about 14 games and some other cool functions!
    I would reccommend installing (Works with ALL ipods inc colour screens as mine is!)
