lip sync problem is getting on my nerves!

    i can't believe that nobody is actually know how to fix the sound delay in the movie!

    Well I fixed my out of sync problem but here's how I did it (It's not the best solution but here it is anyway)

    Instead of changing the framerate, set winAVI to what the film actually is. I found out that my film is PAL instead of NTSC so I clicked on the PAL option under "Advanced" and the video became in-sync with the audio. I guess the problem was that I thought it was NTSC.
