list index out of bounds

    hi all

    I uninstalled ConvertxtoDVD v.3.8.0.193 because of some problems ,and installed the old version (v.3.0.0.9). when I opened the program, i got a error message:"list index out of bounds (15)"

    could someone help me with this problem. thank you in advance

    It's probably better to go to the developer's website to get answers for issues like that. You may get "lucky" and someone may know the answer or look it up for you (like I am doing now) but the developers usually have a forum targets for their application that is more focused.

    Although Afterdawn hosts and provides download links to this software, they are not the developers/publishers.

    There a lot of versions between the one you downgraded from and the one that you downgraded to. Did you try any intermediate versions?

    Everything I've read on this issue indicates that this is a code problem in the software. You need to contact the developer.
