I recently bought and installed a Liteon LH-20A1H dvd burner. It came with Nero 7 Essentials. Everything appears to work, I think except the litescribe feature. It goes through the motions to do the job but doesn't do the burning. I have the correct litescribe media and the program says it is working but it is not. It only takes about 10 seconds to do the actual "burning " which seems very fast and then it says "burn process completed sucessfully" and the tray pops open and the cd is blank. As I said, from the time it is starting the actual burn to completion, is less than 10 seconds. Is the burner broke or what? I tried different liteon updates for software and firmware and nothing helps. It will copy music cds very good. Thanks for any help.
