Lite on not responding w/ eject

    Have a Lite On rom drive that ejects some days with button or My Comp drive eject and other days have to use the safety pin any ideas out there? thanks Chris

    Check your power cables are in the mobo/drive properly...

    Checked all the cables uninstalled and reinstalled now the other computers doing it. Must just be the Lite ons goin south no problems with the other drives also had a Lite on external go after 4 mos. They were deals when I bought them but I guess thats why Chris

    the same thing has happened with my lite on drive, usually triggered by a corrupt dvd or winavivideoconverter program , upgrade your dvd-drive firmware www.liteonit.com

    Firmwares up to date just gonna toss the Lite ons I'll just start using a couple of the Benqs for readers. Thanks any how though, just thought it was strange till the other Lite Ons in the other Comp started doing the same thing.Chris
