Liteon DVD Recorder

I have recorded a programme on to a DVD+ disc but am unable to play it back on a PC or different DVD player.
I have used G Spot and AVI Codec to check the disc but no missing codecs are listed.
The disc plays OK on the Liteon recorder - any suggestetions would be welcome.

 

is it DVD+R or DVD+RW

i take it you are talking about a standalone DVDrecorder/player
if you are, some standalone's copies can only be played on the recorder that recorded it.

 

I did finalise the dish believing this would allow it to work on another DVD player or PC. It works OK on the Liteon.
