Live messenger image virus please help!!

    Hey one of my friends sent me a picture in a zip file which i accepted and opened without thinking that it was a virus now my msn keeps sending the virus forward and freezing up my msn so I have to restart it to avoid other people accepting the file by mistake..
    I get this after runing hijak this but I have no idea what it means could someone please help

    This is the log file after I installed kaspersky and ran a full scan ....not sure if its gone and I don't want to risk logging into msn to check..Could someone please confirm wether or not i got rid of the virus ?!?Running processes:

    Thanks man ....I wasn't sure if kaspersky fixed it or not :p Guess I'll have to log on and check again ...stupid things so bloody annoying heh
