live record/download?

    can anyone help me? I need a program which can allow you to record live tv. I know one program called ''fraps'' but it's not very good.
    So if you know another program so plzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz tell me.

    fraps is for recording games while you play.

    if you want to record live tv, you need a tv tuner card. it should come with software to allow you to record.
