living frequency ex c&v

desperate to watch living tv channel next week. can only find living+1
please anyone know the frequency and or pid for ex c&v dorset area.
can you knowledgeable ones help. have tried scans repeatedly

as far as I know living Tv is 387.000. beside if you can watch Living + 1 cant you just watch the programme an hour later?

 

specifically need living.
387 does not seem to work for my area for living.
living + 1 is 426 here and not 387.

You must know someone in your area that has a b0x, if so ask them for the living freq.

 

If u plug in your box from your cc you should be able to get the frequency for living from that.

Seriously, if i can't find a channel i just check my n*l box and when on that channel hit info and the frequency appears.

I assume u have a box from your cable provider?

Just put on living channel on the box and press help on your remote, technical information should come up.
