Although I belong to a few sites I have never posted for fear of having "my head" bitten off but to-day is the day to get my feet wet. We have a CS6000. Been Ok until we loaded bin 157 then we lost Sat 110. No strength signal just two red bars. 119 still OK. Wondering if this is because Sat shifted or because bin 157 did this. Appreciate any thoughts. Briar.
Check your sat. should still get some channels with bin 157. Lost ppv. prem. channels and some others.
Thanks for the reply. Shut down 119 last night to see if anything on 110. Some channgels are there. Not many though. Strange that strength of signal shows all red and no confirmation of correct satellite shows about the picture of the satellite. Maybe because the strength of signal is too weak to register? We must be pointed correctly because we do get some 110 stations. Although weak signal. Any thoughts. Thank you Briar
I'm new at this. You should go to "question on coolsat 5000" there are member there that know alot about coolsats. I do alot of reading there. And some memder there use coolsat 6000. Sorry Couldn't Help More.
I do remember putting a bin in my daughters coolsat 6000 a few bins back. It did the same thing yours is doing showed red bars but it still worked. Bin 157 is down. Still have a few channels. Bin 158 "No Good". Have to wait for bin 159.
