Loading of one or more plugin files has failed

    I`m trying to recover deleted recyle bin files. I`ve downloaded PC INSPECTOR file recovery and the files show there. When i try to open them the following comes up. " Loading of one or plugin files has failed. The plug in files might be either corrupt or not valid" Any suggestions. Cheers
