Hi, I am facing a problem with the player. When pressing the buttons on the remote by random order a combination was made in such a way that the player switched off. There was a message “closing” shown on the screen of the TV. Since than I cannot start the player back in operation neither from the remote, nor from the player. Unfortunately I did not remember the combination for locking the player… I will be glad if someone can help in that.
In the manual, it should tell you how to reset player to factory settings. That will probably fix it.................. Good luck!
