yeah it's in the right place.

when you left click a drop down menu should come down and you need to assign the action.

It's hard to explain and the best way is to look in the manual for the actions. If you lost your manual download an emanual from the site or view the read me file. There is a good help tab as well.

When you assign an action the profiler software binds that action to your game pad.

for instance if the games button for "fire" is the keyboard letter E then you would choose E for the button of your choice it's called "select keystroke" from the drop down menu.Upon pressing that button in the game the guy will fire his weapon.

Use this same example for all your actions.I had trouble at first espesially with the analog sticks but after a few times you'll get more and more control the more you experiment.

there are games that have gamepad support where you don't even have to program the pad at all. Here's a link.http://forums.afterdawn.com/thread_view.cfm/360823

Glad to help.I know it's frustrating at first but just keep at it and it'll get better and better.Be sure to save the profile once you get it just right so you can load it without having to do it over and over again.Peace.

Just press the profile button at the top left corner and click export sow save it somewhere you'll remember it and when you need it again just click import and find the file and it will import it.

Usually you can just select the "select profile" and it will list the games.

They also have ones you can download from logitech's site that are premade.I have never messed with those though but it could save you some time.
