    I recently downloaded the newest version of SafePeer for Azureus, it has a crazy blocklist that blocks 56.7% of the Internet, lol.

    Did you get the newest version of SafePeer? I would go and delete it from your Azureus directory and get the newest version of Azureus, they have a tool built right into Azureus to download and install the pulg-ins of your choice. The funny thing is, if you blocked 100% of the web, you couldn't download anything (because Azureus only blocks torrent file access, its not a complete ip firewall)
