When I burn a dvd I do the following.

Rip it in decrypter (file mode)

Import the files into CLoneDVD 2

Edit out what I dont want (menus, ads etc)

Output dvd files with clone dvd to my hard drive

    Burn them with nero.

If I wantd the whole dvd could I just burn the files that decrypter makes?

Also I have a dvd which decrypter keeps returning an I/O error, Is it likely that it would work in a different decrypter program. COuld anyone reccomend one?

You can try the free program DVD Fab Decrypter available at http://www.filepedia.com look under rippers. If this program cannot rip you disk then try cleaning it, or get another original. Since you have CloneDVD why don't you use that to burn your file, it saves you an extra step. Also, if you have AnyDVD just use Clone pick your files and let this program rip/burn. It is then only one step.
