not an ipod. I have around £130. I currently have an ipod mini but its battery life is around 8 hours so its not very good. I am looking for something similar in size to the ipod mini, 15 hours battery life or more and 4 gb or more. I have seen things from iriver but am not certain what to get.
On iriver i found the e10 and i really liked that. Does anybody know of anything else that has the same setup as ipod like scrolling through artists and albums.
    thanks

i just posted a thread on the video on the ipod knock-offs. do not buy a knock-off because it plays video, however, as an mp3 player it is okay. plays just fine. the one thing i do like is that they are drag and drop unlike the ipod where you need to use itunes software to put music on them. they dont have a click wheel and the menu operation is a little sluggish and confusing at first. i use mine for work and walking my dogs so i play a folder and just let it play. if you like to change folders often, fast forward songs, etc. it is sluggish. you get what you pay for. i'm fine with mine but you may not be, just depends on how you like to listen to your music. if you go with a knock-off, be sure to meticulously organize your folders before putting them on the player.

Well you know like how you might have a volume button. If you keep pressing it it will go upto 56 as the max vol, i will just have to wait and see.

Sansa e250.... Great bang for the buck and almost identical in size to the iPod mini.
