Anyone recommend a good PCI-Exspress card for under 80$? my uncle is gnna trade me his pc for mine but b4 i do i need to get a pci exspress card to run Phantasy star universe. Since his on board geforce 6150LE doesnt run as good as my gfrce fx5500 im holding off on trading pc's. Since my AGP wont work on that pc since it doesnt hav agp. looking at the specs it seems it is? i dont get the whole ATI numbering? ive always used a nvidia geforce. I may be able to go up to 90-100 for my next PCIe card

WHich is better tho? i mean i can get a open boxed X850 for like 9$ more.... would i need the cords to run the x850 on a 300 watt psu? because open box dont come with the cords and such. here is my choices ...
