Looking for a cheap up-conversion player that will play +/-RW media.........?

Looking into using some +RW media.

One of my stand alones says it will play this type of media ( OPPO PODV971H), but the player I have in my bedroom is an older player & am pretty sure it won't.

So I'm looking into getting a cheap player ( maybe under $50 U.S.D.).I've also seen some now that have a USB port on them, so as to be able to just plug in a Flash drive to view a movie.

Any suggestions on any players that can do all mentioned in my price range ?
