I want a really good scanner to scan existing dvd covers. Some of the dvd cover sites scans aren't that great and need alot of repair in Photoshop for my taste. Is there a scanner that will capture the fine print and produce a great high-dpi result? How much do I need to spend? Also, I have my dvd cover art set to 3240 X 2175 pixels in Photoshop and they come out perfect...will scanning them have any effect on this?

    Thanks,
    Keith

HP scanjet 7400c is a great scanner. They have the FULL 14" long glass instead of the letter size. Great software as well.

btw just incase your trying to counterfiet money lol... most programs like photoshop will not accept a scanned image of money. also some scanners will not even scan money.. just incase.. save you wasting money :p

The scanner I suggested can scan money and so does Adobe Photoshop 7.0. But Uncle Sam might have a hugh problem with that and you might be saying Hi to Big Bubba in jail if you try! :)

(Just had to try and see after the previous post!)
