Looking for a new cable box....which one?

    I have charter cable and internet and already have my own modem for the internet and was wondering if I could get a cable box as well that would work because I'm trying to avoid the monthly incurring charges of their equipment. What box would you recommend? Something around $150-$200 prefferably. Thanks

    I take it your in the usa?this forum only caters for Ireland and the uk

    I feel.........umm....foolish. Sorry, I did'nt know that. I've recieved help here before regarding DVD media, but never realized it was a UK forum based website....lol. Thanks for the reply.
