looking for another version of Phillips DVP 5982

    i have a phillips dvp5982, and it is working great on my HDTV, but im giving that to my parents now and im going back to SDTV, but i really like that function that plays xvid,divx,and avi files. i usually burn videos onto a rewritable disc and watch it on tv. so is there dvd player like the Phillips DVP 5982 without the upscaling part?? im thinking since it dont be upscaling, itll be alittle cheaper.
