Looking for New Decrypter/Ripper

    Can someone point me in the direction of a program that is like DVD Decrypter so I can rip movies as ISO's and back them up please.

    i think most burning software(ashampoo/nero) will do that, but you might get more help in the software threads as this is mostly for hardware issues.

    just use a program like AnyDVD to handle the disc protections and keep ripping with Decrypter.

    It is not recommend to rip as an ISO because most likely those junks (fake/corrupted VTS, tiny cells, structural etc.) would still be on the movie as well once it's done ripped.

    If you're going to edit or at least transcode via DVD Shrink or Nero Recode afterward, then it's wise to rip it as VIDEO_TS or Mode, File F instead.

    Shrink is likely to throw up when trying to open an ISO vs VIDEO_TS or (File Mode). Unless, you're going for a DL backup, then that's another story. However, the choice is yours.
