Looking for Real Intenet TV

    I am looking for something that provides the same channels as cable/satelite/fios, in hd, over the internet. I don't mind paying the monthly fee for service...I just refuse to pay $100 a month to the cable company when the will not even let me watch programs in HD. I have found dozens of scam sites...are there any real ones? Again, I am willing to pay a monthly fee, and I don't need 3000 channels (in fact, I want fewer than 20 channels).

    Any ideas?
