your going to run across alot of this problem unless you get a reputible torrent site that has added coments from others that tell you if its the real deal. It downloads as fast as it can. Depending on Seeders and Leechers and what trackers are being used. I have some torrent files that will download at 300kbs and some that will download only at 10kbs. Like I said it depends on how well seeded the torrent files are. Your not going to get a site or a program that will always download as fast as you want. I mean you cant choose to be picky since your getting the stuff for free.
try piratebay its a bittorent site havent used it for a while so im not sure if it is still running. also try limewire its a p2p program(kind of like kazaa)
