Hi there, I'm looking for latest starview firmware - Atm I'm using 4.00e_E but subtitle is not working from either starview or TV as well... i know my TV's subtitle is working just fine with all other normal tv, DTV or sky Best Regards FiReDuCk
right first of all which starview is it if your using that firmware is usually is for genuine box so have you got .................. genuine 25 x 7 vents on top or first generation 13 x 7 or does it say the box on the front ?

right the firmware you need is CryptStar-v1.4-Core400 genuine only. then you need the software gtrom v4.00 loader and you will need a null modem cable db9f to db9f and if you dont have a serial port on your computer you will need a usb to rs232 adaptor and install it on the computer you could also down load the tutorial on how to flash the box but if your stuck we`ll always be here to help any how everything you need is under starview folder in this link the firmware/sortware/tutorial instructions http://www.4shared.com/dir/3042613/f6e3421c/sharing.html
