Looking for the latest firmware of the Starview PVR box...

Does anyone have a website i can check for regular updates for firmware etc? For example, how do you guys "know" when a new firmware has been released.

Its just that most of the firmware upgrades i see are for the original Starview or the Starview 2, therefore will not work with the Starview PVR.

Anyone have a website or a link so that i can find out information for myself?

Google wizardsatellites they are the main suppliers and have all the loader/firmware info for the PVR.

I couldnt actually find any information on the site itself, but they do have a forum there - did you mean look there?

We have the starview pvr latest firmware over at edited by ddp , just incase you guys didnt get it..

Sorry if you guys thought this was advertising, but to be honest id be more than happy if we didnt have the software available, then to point someone in the direction that has...

I dont know how many times ive pointed people in other directions for satellite and video editing software & help. Including this site, But its like the link in your sig to emos library . Your pointing people in the direction that they can get the stuff for their starview ect... And i respect that.

Next time il try using direct links , so its a little more specific. That way hopefully it wont appear as if im advertising lol.

Tyler flashing starviews is pretty straight forwars, just make sure your not about to have any unwanted power cuts lol. Good luck with the flash, let us know how you get on...

Very simple, was all done within 5 minutes. It also retained my channels i had organised too.
