I have the popular free video players such as WMP 9 and Media Player Classic. I can readily get them to loop back on a video which is fine. I'm now challenged to do a playback, not on the entire file, but on that portion I really enjoy so how do I limit the playback to that portion of the file? Would this mean using a different type of video player? or a dvd player? Any suggestions?
Some DVD players have a repeat AB feature, this allows you to select the start and end of repeating segment. But that is only for playing files. There are programs that you can cut up the file and only watch or play that segment. I have done this with Corel Rave 1.0 and with the DVD software in Roxio 6.
