Okay, so the problem is that for a while now, I've been losing control of my PC by a bit more and more. There was some supicious stuff few months ago but now it's going out of control. I can't access my "system control" during sessions, my wallpaper gets changed to some message which says I have spywares, and everything is just stopping working generally. Lag in process of differeng applications and so.. What should I do?

    The log:

You have a lot of potential nasties in your log...A LOT! Fix these, then repair your registry with ccleaner (free) or whatever app you use. Next, do a scan with AVG anti spyware (update it!!). Post another log after.

Thanks a lot for helping out! It's getting really painful. I have several troijans I can't seem to get rid of with free programs and smifraud that messes around with my desktop + I keep getting a lot of error messages about windows NT "commands" and can't access my "applications control" (ctrl + alt + del) during sessions.. And I can't manage my internet security settings without them changing on themselves again.

I did all as you instructed. Removed those entries, ran Easy Cleaner, updated and ran AVG Free Edition and removed the threats. I still have smifraud and I'm afraid several other spywares and such, too.

    But anyway, here's the log.

Did you run avg anti spyware?? There is no free version, but there is a 30 trial with it. Only asking because there is a avg antivirus free edition . Ok bear with me, here we go. Fix these, these were all questionable so I didnt include them last time, look them over if you feel they are legit. Seems to be a few new entries aswell!

    ALL 020 ENTRIES LOOK SUSPICIOUS

You have a crap load of BHO's as well as apps that sound like spyware based on the names. All of these should be looked at, I think this will make a difference.

I saw you used avg anti virus in your log, so grab anti spyware and run it. Also, dl spybot search and destroy (free). Update the prog, use the immunize tab and then use the resident shield that blocks all naughty things such as unwanted BHO's. It will even update your host file with a list of known spyware/naughty sites to help tighten security.

You may want to use avg anti rootkit (free) and spyware terminator (free) also. If you ran all these apps I am pretty confident you will be clean. If not I will provide with a few more apps to deal with trojans/rootkits.

Post back a log when your done!

Alright, so, I installd AVG antispyware.. I found a free version of it, too though! I scanned comp with it, but it didn't find much stuff. I also ran all the other programs you mentioned. Spyware blaster seems to be really useful, that the shield blocks a lot of stuff.

Most of things it blocks seems to be coming from C:\WINDOWS\system32\nusrmgr.exe

How am I supposed to remove that? Manually just delete the file or what?

And usually after I've ran the virus scans and got rid of the spywares etc, I've got them all in few mins. :S The virus scan programs also say they can't remove several of the spywares because they're using currently running procresses and memory, and if I reboot and start with virus scan, it doesn't really make difference. Ah and I still haven't got rid of Smitfraud..

    anyway, the log!

Gotta love viruses eh? I see some of the same naughty entries, you are right it seems they are re-spawning over time. Anywho, these are all the suggestions I can make. If you still are having issues, the only thing I can really recommended is fully reformatting the hdd and reinstalling windows. I know it sucks to do that, but it will get rid of all the pests. Here are the entries to fix.

    C:\WINDOWS\system32\nusrmgr.exe

    C:\Program Files\Wallpaper Master\Wallpaper.exe OUT OF PLACE

    this one is bad

So do the routine again, this time grab Rootkit Revealer. Post a log. It will not fix anything but will tell you of any hidden processes/files. Make sure to enable "show hidden files and folders in folder" options before you scan, including HJT. Not sure if you have been, I should have mentioned that before.

Ok, just want to ask first what is the best / most efficent way to get rid of exe files? Like,

    C:\WINDOWS\system32\nusrmgr.exe

for example. Just manually delete it, or with some program and with which one?

And re-installing is alright as last resort too, as long as it gets rid of everything.. doesn't it?

I would do a start-search for the files in question. You can try to delete them that way or use a third party installation app and hope the files are able to be marked for removal. Reinstalling windows with a FULL FORMAT should remove everything. I have read of some rootkits that will still remain, cannot remember them off the top of my head. If you are cool with reinstalling, might as well do the start-search idea first, as you will reinstall anyways if something goes wrong.

Sorry I couldn't be of more help to you with this :/

    Good news! I think..

I ran Spybot Search & Destroy. As always, it couldn't delete several spywares because they were using memory, so I opened Spyware Blaster and went to its tool section. I entered all of those files manually and terminated them mohahaha! >=) Same with that msmgr-whatever and stuff. Got rid of all of the spywares, including smitfraud. Ran all the scans and stuffs..

So now my computer looks and feels pretty clean.. tho, I still get few weird error messages when opening some applications.. and I'm not totally sure if everything is alright now.

    Soo here's a log again!

And btw the Rootkit Revealer didn't work very well. After scan the program pretty much stopped responding when I tried to save the log.

But anyway, thanks a lot for help by so far! Waiting to hear responce of this log. :)

Great to hear! Your log looks extremely clean compared to it did when we began this also. Only a few things to fix:

    O2 - BHO: (no name) - {6417BE4D-4021-4F84-A667-DB2C4B4C3BA8} - C:\WINDOWS\system32\ddccd.dll

You have got rid of most of those browser help objects, that is very good. For the most part they only cause problems.

    C:\Program Files\Wallpaper Master\Wallpaper.exe

I really think you should get rid of this.

    O20 - Winlogon Notify: ddccd - C:\WINDOWS\

Beyond that everything looks legit. Fix these and run the 18 million apps we have gone through and hopefully you will check out.

Last suggestion......after you do all this google "Trend Micro Housecall." This is an extremely accurate free online scanner, it finds a lot of things other apps miss.

    Overall looking good!

Ok, I got rid of the error messages which I got while starting some programs. It was a bit of pain to get rid of the ddccd entries..

I ran scans and housecall, it found virtumundo or something like that, which usually pops back even after getting rid of it.

So, now I'm mostly fine, other than some C:/WINDOW/System32/awtst.dll
is trying to run some action which Spyware Terminator blocks, and when I started windows, some "auto" installer started, saying it's configuring windows "fax" settings or something like that.. and a random IE page popped up even tho I use Mozilla.

    Here's the latest log after:

Oh yeah and I don't want to get rid of my Wallpaper Changer program. As far as I know, it's just a normal program that changes my wallpaper occassionally as I have set it to.

At this point I am at a loss, your log is pretty damn clean. Did you turn on teatimer in spybot S and D as well as use the "immunize" option (there are lots of features in that prog.)?? There is nothing in the HJT logs that indicates to me that IE is playing games with you.

Thanks for reminding about the Spybot Search & Destroy settings. I wasn't using advanced settings earlier, but the teatimer is on now, too.

I guess I'll just have to run more of those scans and stuffs to get rid of the rest small things. Now that everything with HJT log at least starts to be clean..

I'm just concerned anymore what this application is and should it be allowed though..

Hmm nevermind, I found out it was some file related to virtumonde adware and I terminated it.

Soo, I'm safe and clean for now at least I think. Thanks a lot of help to you! I'll be back sometime if more problems occur.

But I think I should be fine for a while at least with these tools haha.

Cool, glad it all is sorted now. And yeah, you now have every spyware application know to man, so you should be ok! Do post back if you run into anymore problems though :)

Urgh, hate still to trouble you! But I still got one pretty nasty problem I can't find solution to. Something's wrong with my mouse and keyboard. I mean, I updated the drives, checked the settings and all, but the problem wasn't there.

It's just that there's lag in processes of my mouse and keyboard. I can't play some online games at the moment because the keyboard commands last even after I stop pushing the buttons + etc, and when I'm in Windows, the mouse starts suddenly moving really fast across the screen and randomly clicking different applications and stuff. It seems really bad.. any idea which may cause these keyboard and mouse problems?

    Anything in log?

This is the only entry that needs to be removed (besides that damn wallpaper app that I hate!!!)

I am fairly confident that this will not resolve the problems you described....In all honesty I would back up all the progs we went over, reinstall windows (totally reformatting your hdd) and then starting fresh with all the apps you backed up from the beginning. I dont like to recommend such a thing at all, but with the amount of problems you have run into I really do think it is the best choice of action.
