Lost 22 DVD's Now!!

    Hi All,

    I dont know whats got into my DVD Writer. I use the Sony DRU-800 A to write my DVD's .

    I use good quality DVD's and i've not been able to backup my DVD's and Data.

    Even if the DVD's do burn successfully, i am not able to play it on the Computer or the DVD player. Please suggest...

    I am attaching the latest Log for your assistance. Please help me on the same....

    this needs to be turned back on.


    Apart from burning what else are you doing at the same time.You dont have much system resources left so i'm not surprised that your erroring out.Either stop some of the processors running in the background, dont surf the net while burning or get another sim of 512 put in your pc to fix your memory issues

    Hi,

    This is the Virtual drive created by Alchohol 120. The DMA is OFF as the drive is not loaded.

    I'm not sure that this might be the reason. As i did check the same couple of times earlier.

    Experts, PLZ HELP!!!

    Which brand are you using from this link. Looks like some ok and some bad media to me.

    As for experts, an AfterDawn Addict is likely an expert. You can go blind or cross eyed reading Nero logs.
    You do need more memory. You might use msConfig to turn
    edit
    [bold]off most services.[/bold] ooPs
