i bought a cheap acer aspire that was part of a joblot it has a bad virus when you boot it up windows 7 starts put when you go to computer theres now dvd drive hdd if you click on anything it says this operation has been cancelled due to restrictions pleas contact administrater i can go on the net and go into bios and boot menu ive tried a new install but no joy without that password system repair aswell asks for it
