lost al channels on the eurovox

i have a Eurovox-max, its an old version i think. I had a few channels missing like channel 4, sky 1 and film 4 so i tried a powerscan but now all my channels are gone and all that is showing up is 'channel not currently available' and noting else. Could anyone out there help me to get the channels back?

Have you tried a factory default?

 

After powerscan it finds TPs but you need to update your channels also. Sounds like you are on N** Dublin?
