lost all channels how do i get it back on

    my starview (the box super) stopped working this morning, it keep giving me data is bring updated and stays at zero% notting happens. can some one please help me to solve it. all the sports channels and movie channels etc, i can only the normal tv programs and one ppv event channel working which is channel 980 working the rest keeps given me data updating. pleaseeeee help me to solve it.
