lost channel

    my starview was updated and I lost all the signal.I did a factory reset and rescan but no channels found. I got new codes for Ex&C** area as is my area.It still didn't work.Is it b'cos my provider is Ex& C**.but the provider space indicates N**. Can some1 please help me.
