lost channels on a780

    hi everyone, i appear to have lost 2 channels on my a780, i have re-scanned, done a factory reset and re-scanned again but still dont get the channels, has anyone got any idea's? I have lost ITV & CH4!

    I have not yet updated my firmware as yet, but will be doing shortly, I'm not sure if the firmware would be the problem as the 2 channels i have lost are FTA ones.

    any idea's?

    Update firmware first & make sure you scan correct NET-ID. Also undo LAN-cable from box while
    scanning. Could also be temp. server glitch or local prov. problem

    i would check your providers website first before messing with the box in case its a providers outage
