lost channels on box super

    can anyone help me with lost channels on my box super...i have checked the emu is on etc and the screen keeps updating but no picture any help guys..thanks

    Same here,every time i go on to a pay channel it says updating goes all the way to 100%. Then the screen goes blank and it starts updating again,and it keeps doing this. I have reset to factory,rebooted it and scanned the channels again. Still wont work. I have a starview box 3.
