Hi I am in Dblin, Ireland and used to have approx 174 channels. Then, TV5 went missing and I decided to delete them all down and re-scan. So, TV5 came back and I had about 174 channels again but I am missin RTE1, Network2, TV3 and not sure but maybe others. I tried deleting them down twice since and they won't come back after an automatic scan won't bring them back Anyone able to help ? TIA Rob
Being a lazy so and so, is there any where to find a Channel Data File for a Starview USB for NThell Dublin ?, am trying to sort categories and favourites etc. but it is doing my head in!! I am sure it is not called a Channel Data File, but am more used to using the Eurovox!! Thanks in advance!!
Actually, I'm probably doing something stupid (again!) but I had te channels working and now, I'm back to the "data updating xx%" I used to have with my original Starview. I haven't needed to do anything since I got the Starview Super months ago - is it back to the stage of the Starview Super needing regular updates ??? TIA Rob

I think I know what it is - N"£"$%"$L are blocking access to www.4shared.com ?? I "borrowed" a neighbours connection and was able to download it ! DesB - is NTL your ISP ? or someone else ? Hth Rob
I have it now, thanks. But it does look like NTL (here in Dublin anyway) are blocking www.shared4.com ! Since I downloaded it and ran the loader, I have some of the pay channels. e.g. I have Sky Sports Xtra but Sky Sports1,2 and 3 just come up with "bad or scrambled". I have various channels e.g. Travel and Living, BBC1 - and don't have Discovery Cahnnel. These are just some I have and some that are coming up as bad/scrambled. I'm just flashing my SV Super again to see ... Rob
No joy - I've Flashed the SV Super box twice, re-scanned the channels, turned EMU on, switched box ooo/on numerous times and I've stil same problem. I don't understand why I have some of the pay channels and not others. Any ideas anyone ? On the www.4shared.com - it's back, available via NTL ISP again -but, I swear, they were blocking it earlier ! TIA Rob
once it has been flashed with the latest fix, then there is no need to flash it again, that won't help, it is all about finding the right channel to update for you, so pick one and leave it for awhile, Sly 2 - sports 1, a Disney even.
Ah !, okay - I had it on Sky Sports for last 10 mins - will try Disney Cinemagic now. It's just I'm not sure how long is "normal" before you get the channel. Anyway, I'll leave it on overniht if I have to ! Ta Rob
