Hi There, We have just noticed that we no longer have sky sports 2 & 3, we have all other channels, have done all the usual stuff, reset, scanned both auto and manual, but can't get it back. Any ideas please???? We are in Ireland and our provider is Chorus, Carol
All sky sports are working on the Cho%%% network, i suggest you check your connection, and if you have a splitter on it take it off before scanning.
hi again, all connections are fine and not using a splitter, am not a techie so aren't v familiar with all this, may have just made sit worse did factory reset, menu 1570 checked codes in nagravision, then set default, then emu on & now it is saying data is being updated but at 0% and has not moved since i logged on first time, any suggestions please
What box is it starview ?? 1/2/3/4 ?? menu system info what API version is on your box ??? when you do your factory reset turn the box off at the back, then back on then do your scan. Then menu 1570 and turn the emu back on and exit out to tv
I have done as you said but no joy, just says data is being updated & hasn't moved from the 0%.. I have about 5 channels in total but when i do the scan it says there are 169 channels
