Lost channels today after 2 years

    I have anokia dbox2 with sportster 1.7 all has been great.
    today April i lost my channels the screen went blank.
    I rescanned twice using the two Uk frequencies that have always worked before, but nothing...
    sorry ..all the normal channels itv, bbc freeview channels work, but not living, movies etc.

    Is it broken or do i have to do something.

    I have little experience of these things its been ok for 2 years
