lost channels

    hi there...i recently ost all my channels...i did an auto scan and nothing happened...does anyone have the frequencies for a eurovox max red..i live in cork and have ch---s.thanks

    Make sure you have your cable in the Cable In RF socket. Press menu, config, clear data, factory setting. Press OK. Turn box off and then back on. Press menu, installation, user installation. Press yellow button. Change symbol rate to 6875, press OK and let it scan.

    Make sure you scan from the direct feed, i.e no splitter.
