First you might want to consider reading the forum rules

    http://forums.afterdawn.com/thread_view.cfm/2487

Pay attention to rule #9. Many people will not respond to a question in all caps.

I will now tell you nero will not help you with lost sn# for an oem version. That comes on the place where the oem comes from. You will need to contact the folks the burner came from. I dont think that will help though but one never knows until attempted.

I know it does not help at this point but next time you get software that you will need the sn# at reinstall make sure you keep a backup copy of the sn#.

Err..if you have the OEM disk the ID number is on the opening screen. It's the first thing that pops up after you hit "Install Suite".

Realy there are at least 3 flavors (maybe more) of oem nero.
I have 3 flavors myself. From various builds of systems.
    1 oem suite
    2 oem rom
    3 oem se
The se is supposed to mean standerd eddition. I think it should mean striped eddition myself.
Thats why it falls on the oem company. Depends on what they purchased the rights to.
