lost password samsung E900

hello can anyone help have lost pasword for samsung E900 is there anything I can do to sort this

you can reset the phone by typing in *2767*2878# without simcard
but then you loose all data in phone (phone will be reset to factory defaults)

second option is to read out codes via Samsung Unlock Server at http://www.UnlockSamsungOnline.nl then you keep all data in phone and read out the "phonecode"
