lost with my eurovox 5000pvr

    hi been using this box no problem up to now updated it when i got it to 2.0 firmware scaned and had all channels but now i have lost channels so i did a new scan and all of a sudden i have a lot of channels the same i.e 3.itv 4.bbc2 and so on and so on plus i have lost a lot more channels i tried doing a factory default then power scan but no joy please help its doing my head in

    Do another factory default and power-scan and remove any splitters from your feed before doing so.

    done that a few times but still no joy as for splitters i dont have any its straight from wall to box

    How many channels have you got and where abouts are you.

    in the popular i have
    bbc1
    bbc2
    itv
    ch4
    itv2
    itv2
    itv4
    ch4+1
    uktvfood
    uktvgarden
    uktvstyle
    uktvstyle+1
    i have no five or anything that used to be in this and i cant find it in any of the other favs
    i am in newcastle upon tyne on v/m
    i tried installing the firmware again then factory default then power scan but no joy

    Do you have a box from VM which you could try to test see if theres any faults in your area.
