loud Clicking nosises after i copy to disk

Hey , I have just made 3 disk's of 3 different projects and all of them had a clicking type noise over the sound best way to describe it would be a digital cell phone ring tone like continious clicking noises .

Any one know whats up ?

At a rough guess you would be using Nero 7.2.3.2, this is the same result I received so I did the following., uninstalled 7.2.3.2b, ran this clean tool
