Well, I have been clarifying header's problem months with Verkkokauppa.com. Still they insist I have scratched the cover, although evidence in clear, the problem is not scratching but on material surface. Just wanted to post this to have conversation on claiming with Verkkokauppa.com, if anybody happen to have experience. For me this appears to be a material or manufacturing failure, which Verkkokauppa.com has not even tried to find out from the manufacturer. The pic btw is delivered to me by Verkkokauppa.com... What do think of the pic and matter in general?
