Load the M3 in DS mode, go to Settings, then press select, go to Update Info and it shows you the current Movie Player version, and the firmware version. Mine being V3.80 and E21 respectivly.

When I boot up my DS with M3, all I see are Movie, Music, Picture, Book, Game, PDA, Extend, and Setup.

there is not Settings, when I select Setup, I don't see Update or anything about irmware version.

by the way, how do you return to the main option screen using M3. I usually turn off and on the NDS to play another game, then the M3 will give me a warning message each time I turn the NDS back on about 'Do not turn off until finish"

    help

I meant setup then (i don't have the names, just the icons)

you don't press select, you don't see that.

Also, the fact you have the PDA and Extend icons means you probable have E21.

You can patch the NDS games when using gamemanager to use softwrae reset (you press abuttin combination in game and it returns you to the M3 menu)

However that warning you get is the M3 backing up the save of the game you had played last on it, you shouldn't turn off the M3 while it's backing up that save, it has nothing to do with you turning it off while playing a game.

Thanks, but I want to see what firmware version I have to make sure that I have the latest. I played with my M3 and NDS all night and still have not found the version.

    thanks
